**Sign-up closes at 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting**

The Cobb County Board of Elections and Registration conducts in-person meetings, but will also allow public comment to be submitted virtually from a limited number of speakers. The Board reserves the right to reduce the amount of time allotted to each individual during public comment.

Please review the information provided below.

• All regular board meetings will be held in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room, located at 100 Cherokee St. NE, Marietta, GA 30060.  
   
• Public comments
  • Comments presented in-person will be limited to 12 speakers.
    • A sign-up form will be available on the day of the meeting in the Meeting Room for in-person comments.
  • Comments presented virtually will also be limited to 12 speakers. The first 12 to sign-up will be called upon to speak. 
     
• The Meeting Agenda is available at least three (3) days prior to the meeting.  
   

• Sign-up to speak virtually at the April 8, 2024, Regular Board Meeting. 

  • The deadline to sign up to speak virtually, is 12:00pm, the day of the meeting.
     

• Subscribe to receive email updates from Cobb County Elections & Registration.
   
• On the day of the meeting, the virtual participants will receive an email containing the link to the meeting space. When you are called, your microphone will be unmuted by the meeting host. ​
   
• Please note that contact information provided to a government agency may be subject to public release as required by Georgia's open records law.
   
• If you are signed up to speak and have decided to remove your name from the list, please email ElectionsInfo@cobbcounty.org ASAP, so we can open up that spot to another resident.
