Thank you for your interest in our proper pet waste disposal program. Taking the pledge stated below qualifies you for your choice of either a pet waste disposal bag or a refill.

To receive the item in the mail, you must complete and submit all required parts of this form in advance. You must be a resident of Cobb County and have a valid address within Cobb County. Only one item can be requested per household.
