The Employee Spotlight is a recognition-based achievement presented each quarter, highlighting a Community Development employee who goes above and beyond for the customer. This achievement is open to all Community Development employees. Every employee in the Community Development Agency serves one or more type of customer. Please define who the nominee's customer is and explain what makes this nominee an exceptional Community Development Employee. Also provide details that highlight the nominee's key positive personality traits and work ethic. 

Nominations are sent to the Department Representative, Wanda Brown. Once the nomination deadline for a quarter has passed, nominations will go forward to the spotlight committee. The spotlight committee is comprised of Division Managers and Agency Director. These individuals are excluded from being nominated and submitting nominations. The chosen employee will be featured in the Quarterly Special Community Development Newsletter and an Employee Spotlight Achievement Award.
